Opening: Direct Support Professional
Description: The DSPs are the staff who work hands-on with our clients in group home settings, helping them to complete different activities of daily living such as take medication, perform personal care/hygiene, and attend community events or medical appointments.

Full-Time Position
Opening: Groundperson, Trimmer/Climber
Description: Groundperson is responsible for gathering and feeding brush & debris into a wood chipper, scanning areas from trip and fall hazards, ensuring other workers stay out of the path of travel. This position is also responsible for maintaining equipment. Trimmer/Climber This position trims, tops, and reshapes trees to remove low-hanging, dead, and excess branches, providing clearance for utility power lines.

Description: Hospitality team members focus on meal fulfillment and creating a remarkable hospitality experience for our guests. They rotate through multiple roles in our dining room, Drive-thru, and behind the counter. Kitchen Team members help serve through meal preparation with a focus on food safety and quality. Manager in Training: 2 year program designed for college graduates to learn how to lead at a high level. Leaders entering this program will practice operational leadership, Learn from our operator 11 different modules on leadership and the Chick-fil-A business model. Finally they will have rotational ownership over a critical area of the business while being mentored by different directors on our team. Catering Coordinator: Manages the operational systems for our catering business, schedules delivery, and engages with our catering guests to ensure remarkable experiences that lead to repeat interactions.
