Mr. Woodland’s No Bake Butterscotch and/or Chocolate Crunchies
INGREDIENTS:
1 11 oz. pack of butterscotch or chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
4 cups corn flakes
DIRECTIONS:
- Melt butterscotch or chocolate chips over low heat.
- Add peanut butter and stir well.
- Continue cooking over low heat until blended well.
- Remove from heat, and add corn flakes: mix well until coated.
- Drop by spoonful onto prepared (wax paper) cookie sheets.
- Add sprinkles and chill in fridge.
