Del Val’s Therapy Dog program meets every other Thursday, and you can register via the emails sent to students before each event.

On Oct. 10, Del Val hosted therapy dogs once again in The Commons. Therapy dogs and their handlers visit during unit lunch through the nonprofit Bright and Beautiful. This program is available for both students and staff alike.

A year later, the therapy dogs are continuing to visit Del Val every other Thursday and have been a major success, with dozens of students stopping in to meet and spend time with the dogs.

The next time the dogs will be in The Commons is Oct. 24., and students are able to sign up through the link sent to their emails. Check out the above video to learn all about our fluffy friends!
