Porsche recently announced the coming of its fully electric 2025 Taycan Turbo GT, which is showing unbelievable performances already.  The Taycan Turbo will have a top speed of 190 miles per hour on the standard model.

Porsche will offer two different packages, which both come with their own unique features.  Porsche’s first offer will be the 2025 Porsche Taycan Turbo GT standard, which will include the dual-motor-all-wheel drive system and will produce around 777-horsepower.  This package will have the capability to reach a record breaking 1,092-horsepower when launch control is on.  While on the track, this model will be able to produce an additional 160-horsepower on top of the standard output, but this will last for a short period of 10 seconds.

The second option will be the Porsche Taycan Turbo S, which offers up to about 938-horsepower.  However, if you include the Weissach Package on your vehicle, you will be lacking many things such as the back seats, comfort items and even the standard clock in the dashboard.  These items will be removed to make the car lighter and more mobile.  These changes will make the vehicle very aggressive and designed specifically for the track.  As of right now, the new vehicle is in early development stages and will have a starting price of $231,995, and it also includes a $1,995 destination charge.

Even in the earliest stages of the Porsche Taycan Turbo GT, the car is already breaking extraordinary records.  Professional Porsche driver Lars Kern set the record on Germany’s Nurburgring Nordschleife track of 1:27.87, which beat the old record of 1.30.3.  The Porsche also beat the Tesla Model S record by 18 seconds.

With the path that the Porsche Taycan Turbo GT is heading, it will break more records.  Porsche fans are excited for this release featuring more than 1,000 horsepower all-electric sedan, which will not only feature the performance abilities of most gas-powered sports cars but will also keep the idea of comfort in mind.  The car is said to be coming out this summer.
