Goldman is most famous for being the star of the Food Network show “Ace of Cakes” and the opening of his sweet shop, Charm City Cakes.

Goldman has been working at Del Val for eight years and makes great treats for the students at Del Val  to eat.

It had been important to Goldman to maintain his privacy and keep his fame out of the Del Val kitchen; however, since he has worked at Del Val for so long, he has decided to reveal his existence as part of the Del Val staff.

Goldman has a special recipe that leaves Del Val students addicted to these special cookies. This results in all the cookies in the lunch line being sold out daily.

Goldman is now expanding his expertise in the Hunterdon County area and is teaming up with Gordon Ramsey to combine their cooking and baking expertise.

Goldman and Ramsay’s new restaurant is called Duff and Ramsey’s Mexican Grill, which is set to open on Rummel Road in Holland Township.
