Reilly Botto is currently a senior at Del Val and a first year writer for “The Delphi.” She transferred to Del Val from Immaculata in Somerville during her junior year. Reilly is in the National Honors Society and is a waitress at an Italian restaurant in Clinton. She loves watching new shows and spending time with her dogs and family.

There were many ponds with pretty greenery around it that created a beautiful landscape.

The placement of sculptures gave a serene feeling to the landscape.

This sculpture had mirrors all over it and there were also peacocks that roamed the grounds (not pictured) that we saw throughout our trip.

Sculptures like this made you think what the meaning behind it was and what the sculptor was picturing as they were creating this.

On the way to The Meadow, we passed by a large sculpture of the painting “American Gothic”. This was very cool to see a large scale of the painting come to life.

These sculptures were hidden in bushes and it was very cool to see all the sculptures spread out in such random places. The tour guide then explained the materials and processes they use to keep the sculptures safe in different weather conditions.

This was the artwork on the outside of that tunnel very opposite of the colors used inside.

In The Meadow, there were randomly placed sculptures including this bed that caught the tour’s eyes as we walked passed.

The tour guide then took us to different sculptures including this tunnel with art inside.

A tour guide introduced himself and told us some history about the park including that it was founded in 1992. He showed us how you can interpret different sculptures for different things including this one pictured called "Cock-a-doodle-doo".
