To pass one part of the Presidential Fitness test, 15 year old girls are required to run a mile in 7:59 seconds or do 50 laps on the 20m beep test. 15 year old boys have 6:21 seconds for a mile or 80 laps on the 20m beep test. If students do not meet the requirements, they fail that section of the test.

The Homecoming Court was announced prior to kickoff. Nominees for homecoming queen are Sadie Erling, Ella Genovese, Aida Langreder and Daniella Newman. For king, the nominees are William Bivona, Amel Bontempo, Thomas Denvir and Nolen Petty.

Bernards marching band plays three songs for pregame show, including “See You Again” and “He’s a Pirate.”

Del Val will play against Bernards for their Homecoming Game.

The Homecoming Court will be announced at 6:55 p.m., and kickoff will follow at 7 p.m.

Sage Hason is a junior at Del Val. Sage is the Sports Editor for The Delphi. In addition to The Delphi, Sage is the President of Key Club, Choreography Captain of Vox Blue, Vice President of Student Council, Student Leader of Art Club and a Thespian. In her free time Sage likes to draw, design, and listen to music.
