Cinderella’s Castle stands tall in the night as its new paint glistens. The castle, once pastel pink, is now a beautiful warm cream and cool blue.

Sage is a sophomore and first year reporter for The Delphi. In addition to The Delphi, Sage is in Key Club, Vox Blue, Student Council and Art Club. In her free time Sage likes to draw, design, and listen to music.

Christian Shebchuk, Reporter

Christian Shebchuk is a senior at DVRHS, and he is a Journalism I student. He loves music and his favorite bands are Radiohead, Tool, Coldplay, The Strokes and Supertramp. Christian enjoys theater and watching movies, and he is involved in the plays, musicals and Thespian programs at Del Val. His favorite shows are The Good Place, Only Murders in the Building and Community, and his favorite movies are The Hobbit trilogy, The Batman, the Guardians of the Galaxy trilogy and any horror movie. His favorite color is purple and his dream vacation would be to Scotland or Australia. When Christian graduates high school, he plans to be a counselor, and he is super excited to be a part of The Delphi.

Kate Giles is a sophomore and a first year writer for The Delphi. She loves to read and write, but she is also part of Del Val’s various preforming arts programs, such as the musical, honor choirs, and the Thespian and Tri M honors societies.

Julia Hirsch, Reporter

Julia Hirsch is a Junior reporter and has been with the Delphi for two years. She enjoys journalism because it allows her to expressing her opinions through writing. Julia is apart of the school’s varsity volleyball team and plays for a travel club team. She loves these extracurricular activities because they form meaningful life long friendships!
